These Vendor Rules & Policies apply to all food vendors participating in 786 Night Market events. By applying, booking a booth, or participating in an event, you agree to comply with the following rules and requirements.

1. Required Documents

All vendors must upload and maintain the following documents in the Vendor Portal prior to the event:

Temporary Food Facility (TFF) Permit

Proof of General Liability Insurance

Halal Certification

Documents must be valid for the event date. Vendors without approved documentation will not be permitted to operate and will forfeit all fees paid.

2. Halal Requirements

786 Night Market is a halal-focused event.

• All vendors must serve halal food only

No pork, alcohol, or non-halal meat is permitted

• Halal status must be accurately represented at all times

Vendors found in violation of halal requirements will be removed from the event with no refund.

3. Booth Setup & Canopies

• Tent vendors may use their own canopy

All canopies must be properly weighted down

• Canopies must be safe, secure, and suitable for outdoor public events

Vendors are responsible for ensuring their setup meets safety standards. Unsafe setups may be denied operation.

4. Power & Generators

• Electrical power is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated

• Vendors requiring power must provide their own silent, inverter-style generator

• Generators must be quiet, clean, and suitable for public events

Loud or unsafe generators may be denied use at the discretion of event staff. No refunds will be issued due to generator non-compliance.

5. Load-In, Event Hours & Load-Out

• Vendor load-in times, event hours, and load-out times will be posted in the Vendor Dashboard prior to each event

• Vendors must arrive, operate, and vacate according to posted times

• Early teardown or late departure is not permitted without approval

Failure to comply may impact future participation.

6. Cleaning, Trash & Grease Disposal

• Vendors are fully responsible for their own trash

• Vendors must properly dispose of grease and food waste

• Booth areas must be left clean at the end of the event

Vendors may be charged or denied future participation for failure to clean their area.

7. Cancellations, Refunds & Violations

All vendor fees are non-refundable

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or weather conditions

• No refunds will be issued for removal due to rule violations

By booking a booth, vendors accept all risk associated with participation.

8. Compliance & Enforcement

786 Night Market reserves the right to:

• Deny setup or operation for non-compliance

• Remove vendors who violate event rules

• Refuse future participation

All decisions made by event management are final.

9. Agreement

By submitting an application and purchasing a booth, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all Vendor Rules & Policies.
